About Heather Candelaria

Raised with real estate and development in her blood, Heather grew up immersed in the world of architecture as the daughter of an architect and was a former partner of one of the Valley’s premier luxury architectural firms.

Heather transitioned into luxury real estate in 2018 and has since worked closely with developers and high-end clients, closing over $100 million in sales over the past seven years. Her background as an award-winning producer and business development specialist gives her a unique creative edge, allowing her to think beyond convention to elevate branding and strategically position every property for exceptional results.

Her personal life experience also shaped her passion for guiding clients through divorce and major life transitions. In 2024, she earned a Master's of Legal Studies in Conflict Resolution from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. As a Certified Divorce Coach and trained mediator, she brings a highly specialized skill set to even the most sensitive and complex transactions.
